Because not everything fits neatly into a job title.
Business Administration · Finance · Operations · Project Coordination · Branding · Digital
Hi, I’m Noa.
I’m a Virtual Assistant,
Brand·ish is my digital portfolio and the business behind what I do. I support businesses with ongoing day-to-day work, but I also take on specific projects, tasks and everything in between.
I don’t work from one fixed service list. I work from my skillset: business administration, finance, operations, project coordination, digital, systems and more.
Think of Brand·ish as a CV, but one that shows more than where I’ve worked or what my job title was. It shows what I can do, what I’ve worked on and how I’ve applied those skills in real projects.
So, what can I actually do?
That’s what you’ll find here.

The Work
Here are some of the things I’ve worked on, from business operations and financial administration to branding, digital projects and process improvement, these projects show the range of work I’ve taken on and how I’ve applied my skills in real situations.
VA SUPPORT
General Business Support
The things that keep a business moving.
In my previous roles, I’ve supported businesses with the practical work that sits between everything else. Keeping communication going, organising information, coordinating what needs to happen and picking up the tasks that keep getting pushed aside.
This has included:
Inbox & email management
Customer communication
Scheduling & bookings
Data entry & information management
Document organisation
Online research
Social media support
Website updates
General administrative tasks
Finance & Administration
Keeping the numbers and paperwork in order.
I’ve worked with the financial and administrative side of businesses, from processing invoices to keeping financial information organised and making sure recurring tasks don’t get forgotten.
This has included:
Invoicing & invoice processing
Expense tracking
Payment follow-ups
Financial administration
Bookkeeping support
Budget tracking
Organising financial documents
Recurring administrative tasks
PROJECT SUPPORT
Operations & Organisation
Finding a better way to get things done.
One of my projects involved looking at how three offices handled their purchasing. Each location was ordering separately, with little overview of stock or spending. I looked at the existing process and worked towards a more centralised and manageable way of working.
This type of work can include:
Process mapping
Organisation & restructuring
Procurement & purchasing
Stock management
Workflow improvement
Research & problem solving
Creating practical systems
Concept & Business Building
Taking an idea beyond the idea stage.
I’ve worked on concepts from the very beginning, where there is an idea but not yet a clear product, brand or plan behind it.
This has included:
Market & customer research
Concept development
Customer journey mapping
Product research
Positioning
Branding
Go-to-market thinking
Turning ideas into practical next steps
Digital Projects & Migrations
Getting from the old setup to the new one.
I’ve worked on projects where a business needed to move or rethink its digital setup, including websites, hosting, booking tools, social channels and the systems connected to them.
This has included:
Website setup & updates
Website migrations
Hosting research & migration
Platform research
Tool & software comparisons
Digital setup audits
Project coordination
Social channel transitions
Backoffice & Systems
Making the way a business works behind the scenes make more sense.
I’ve worked on setting up and restructuring the systems behind a business, from organising information and documents to building Notion workspaces and creating clearer ways of working.
This has included:
Notion setup & organisation
Google Drive structures
Information architecture
Workflow setup
Process documentation
Recurring task systems
Connecting tools & workflows
Backoffice organisation
Event Coordination
Making all the moving parts come together.
I enjoy the practical side of projects where there are lots of different things happening at once. Planning, communication, timelines, suppliers and all the small details that need someone keeping an eye on them.
This can include:
Event planning
Timeline & task management
Supplier coordination
Guest communication
Logistics
Scheduling
Event administration
Day-of coordination
