Exploring how AI can support the way people work and learn

This project brought together two different applications of AI: building a custom business backoffice and designing a complete learning programme.

Rather than using AI simply as a content-generation tool, I explored how it could be integrated into practical systems that organise information, structure workflows and support ongoing work.

Business Backoffice

The first part of the project focused on creating a custom business backoffice using Claude and Notion.

The starting point was existing business information and the question of how to turn it into a workspace that was easier to manage and use day to day.

What I worked on

  • Custom Notion dashboard

  • Information architecture

  • Business information structure

  • Google Drive connection

  • Calendar connection

  • Recurring reminders

  • Workflow structure

  • AI-assisted organisation

  • System design

The result was a workspace designed around the specific business rather than a generic template.

Custom Curriculum

The second part explored how AI could support learning and career development.

I designed a complete eight-week programme for a Creative Brand Strategist, combining structured learning with practical assignments and portfolio development.

The goal was to create something that didn't just tell someone what to learn, but guided them through learning, applying and documenting their skills.

What I worked on

  • Eight-week curriculum structure

  • Learning roadmap

  • Weekly learning objectives

  • Practical assignments

  • Portfolio-building exercises

  • Progress tracking

  • Learning resources

  • Notion learning environment

  • AI-assisted research

  • AI-assisted curriculum development

The common thread

Although the two projects had completely different outcomes, the underlying approach was similar:

Take a lot of information → structure it → connect the right pieces → turn it into something practical.

AI was used as a tool throughout the process, but the work wasn't simply about generating content. It was about designing the system around the information and the person using it.

The takeaway

AI is only as useful as the system you build around it.

These projects allowed me to explore how AI can move beyond content generation and become part of the way information, workflows and learning are structured.
