From product idea to brand concept

It started with a simple product idea: Pilates socks designed as part of a broader lifestyle brand.

The project explored what it would take to move that idea from a product concept into something with a clear identity and customer journey.

The project

Rather than starting with a logo, I looked at the project from several angles.

What should the product feel like?
Who would it be for?
How should the brand look and communicate?
What would the customer experience look like?
And what would actually be needed to bring it to market?

The takeaway

A product doesn't exist in isolation.

The product, brand, customer experience, operations and route to market all need to make sense together. This project was an opportunity to explore that process from the first idea through to a potential launch.
